Tomatin Cù Bòcan is a lightly smoky single malt from the Highlands, made at Tomatin. Its character comes from a mix of spice, smoke and sweetness, with a gentle presence of peat.
The nose is lightly smoky, with citrus, vanilla and a little coconut. On the palate the peat smoke is balanced, alongside nutmeg, ginger and creamy toffee. The finish is medium in length, with soft smoke and a hint of spice.
