Tomatin – Legacy

Tomatin Legacy is a Highland single malt matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and virgin oak casks. It is a non-peated Scotch. The casks bring a light sweetness, and the whisky is described as soft and fruity in character. On the nose there are vanilla pod, white chocolate and cinnamon. The palate has gentle waves of fresh fruit with ginger, and the finish is light and clean.
