Tomatin Legacy is a Highland single malt from the distillery founded in 1897 near Inverness. It belongs to the distillery's standard range and is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It matured in ex-bourbon casks and fresh oak casks, and is meant to recall the distillery's heritage.
The nose combines vanilla and marshmallow with pineapple and sweet lime. The palate is light and delicate, with sweet citrus and pineapple, caramel sweetness and a little pepper. The finish is medium in length, mild, and slightly fresh and fruity.
