Tomatin – Legacy

Tomatin Legacy is the entry-level single malt from the Highland distillery, made to recall its heritage. Tomatin stands in Inverness-shire on the eastern edge of the Monadhliath Mountains, and the distillery was officially founded in 1897. The whisky was matured in bourbon barrels and in virgin oak casks. The nose combines vanilla pod, marshmallow and fresh pineapple with sweet lime. The palate is light and delicate, with caramel sweetness, more citrus and pineapple, and a little pepper. The finish is clean and light.
