Tomatin Legacy is a Highland single malt bottled at 43%. It is matured in traditional ex-bourbon casks, with virgin oak casks adding a further note of spice.
The sweetness that the distillery is known for runs through it. It is often described with vanilla pods, marshmallow, fresh pineapple and lemon on the nose, and a light, delicate palate of lemon sorbet, pineapple and crisp green apple. The finish is clean and refreshing, with warm spices.
