Tomatin Legacy is a non-peaty Highland single malt from Tomatin Distillery, bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The distillery was established in 1897, and the name nods to its long tradition of providing homes for its craftsmen.
The whisky spends time in Bourbon barrels and Virgin Oak casks, which bring a light sweetness.
The nose offers vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate, gentle waves of fresh fruit are peppered with ginger, and the finish is light and clean.
