Tomatin Legacy is a single malt from Tomatin distillery, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in virgin oak as well as bourbon casks, and it serves as a new entry point to the Tomatin range.
The nose is lemon, panatella cigar and pine forest, slightly green, with vanilla. On the palate come cracked pepper, sweet barley and pineapple cube sweets, with warming oak beneath. The finish is sweet but peppered.
