Tomatin – Portuguese Collection 15 Years Madeira Cask (70cl, 46%)

Tomatin Portuguese Collection 15 Years is a single malt finished in Madeira casks, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. Tomatin stands near Inverness. At one time it was the largest distillery in Scotland, producing 12 million litres of alcohol a year, with most of its malt going in bulk to other companies and to blends. After the whisky bubble burst in 1985, the distillery shifted its focus from quantity to quality, and its single malts are now highly regarded.
