Tomintoul 14 Year Old 2010/2024 - Hidden Spirits - Ex-Sherry Cask

A 14-year-old single malt from Tomintoul in Speyside, bottled by Hidden Spirits, an Italian independent bottler based in Ferrara and active since 2013. The whisky was distilled in 2010 and matured throughout in an ex-sherry cask, number TM1024, before it was bottled in 2024. The nose is described as light fruit, apple and pear, woven with vanilla and honey and a gentle sherry note that recalls dried fruit. The palate shows caramel and malty sweetness, leading to a smooth finish with a mild spice.
