This is a 16 year old Speyside Glenlivet single malt Scotch whisky from Tomintoul, bottled at 40%.
It is made from a selection of bourbon casks, each aged for at least sixteen years.
The nose is creamy and sweet, with heather honey, nougat, vanilla fudge and toasted brioche. Creme brulee, boiled sweets and a touch of mocha run through the nutty palate, and the mellow finish brings shortbread, cinnamon icing and brittle toffee.
