A 22-year-old Tomintoul from The Single Cask series, matured in a single bourbon barrel.
It was distilled on 1 May 1995 and bottled on 4 May 2017, with 264 bottles filled.
The nose is slightly meaty and quite sweet, with herbs and a touch of alcohol that gradually turn sweeter, alongside honey and warm mead. The palate is gently sweet with some citrus, then more honey, barley sugar and a typical woody spice. The finish is medium, sweet, with more woody spice and herbs.
