Tomintoul – 2000-2020 19 Year Old Single Cask 1 (70cl, 57%)

This is a single cask Tomintoul distilled in 2000 and bottled in January 2020 at 19 years old. It is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, issued as a limited edition. The whisky matured in a single port pipe and gave 753 bottles at a natural cask strength of 57%. It is bottled without colouring or chill filtration. Tomintoul is generally an elegant, lighter Speyside malt, and this cask is expected to show a pronounced red fruit character on the palate.
