This Tomintoul was distilled on 17 May 2005 and bottled in summer 2020 at 15 years old. It is a single cask release in Claxton's The Single Cask series, matured in a sherry butt, with 255 bottles filled.
The nose is lively, floral and fruity. The palate is sweet and sugary, with strawberries and cream that recall an Eton mess. The finish is of medium length, with hints of banana and a touch of candy floss.
