Tomintoul 25 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is bold and rich, with molasses toffees, oat biscuits and sultanas, lifted by muscovado sugar and toasted oak. The palate is sweet and complex, layered with salted caramel, rolling tobacco, caramelised nuts and maple syrup, with oak spice and hints of stone fruit. The finish is warm and long, with coffee cake, crème caramel and burnt sugar.
