Tomintoul 30 Year Old - Robert Fleming Second Edition (51.1%)

This is a 30 year old Tomintoul single malt, the second Robert Fleming edition. Master Distiller Robert Fleming selected it to mark his 30th year as custodian of Tomintoul Distillery. The whisky spent its first 29 years in American Bourbon casks, then a final year in an antique Pedro Ximénez sherry butt that Fleming chose himself in Jerez, Spain. It was bottled at a natural strength of 51.1% ABV, and the single cask yielded 700 bottles.
