Tomintoul – Amarone Cask Finish

This is a Speyside single malt from Tomintoul, finished in Amarone casks. The nose combines cherries and sultanas with baking spices and a little cocoa. On the palate come summer fruits with lightly salty caramel and some ginger spice. The finish is made up of honey, pink pepper and chocolate.
