Tomintoul Pinot Noir Cask Finish is a small batch single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside. It begins its maturation in ex-bourbon casks before moving to casks that previously held Pinot Noir wine.
The wine-cask finish follows the initial bourbon-cask stage of maturation. Once that finishing period is complete, the distillery bottles the whisky at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
