The first release of Torabhaig whisky, bottled in 2020 as the inaugural bottling of the Legacy Series. It is a limited edition at 46% abv. The whisky was drawn from a select batch of 100 barrels, distilled and casked in early 2017. It is a robustly peated spirit, smoky and briny, with a refined character beneath the weight of the peat. The result is a complex maritime whisky.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
