Torabhaig 2017 is the first release in The Legacy Series from Torabhaig, the second licensed single malt distillery on the Isle of Skye. It was distilled in the year the distillery was founded.
The whisky is meant to express the distillery's style, known as Well Tempered Peat. It was matured for just over three years in the island's harsh climate, in casks that are not further described.
The release is limited to 32,000 bottles worldwide.
