This is a 7 year old Torabhaig single malt, bottled at 51.5% after maturing entirely in first fill bourbon barrels. Torabhaig is a distillery on the Isle of Skye that opened in 2017.
The tasting notes describe smoked ham on the nose, then burnt, sticky marshmallow and roasted almonds on the palate, a mix of sweet and salty that lingers for a long time.
