Torabhaig – Allt Gleann Batch Strength (70cl, 61.1%)

Torabhaig Allt Gleann Batch Strength is a whisky from the Isle of Skye, part of the distillery's Legacy Series. It was bottled in 2023 at 61.1% ABV, which is the Allt Gleann without reduction. Most of the whisky matured in first-fill bourbon casks, with the remainder in casks that had held whisky before. The peat is present without taking over. The nose brings peat smoke, salt, lemon, malt and pepper. On the palate it is powerful, with vanilla, spice, peat and a marked saltiness, followed by a long, smoky, salty finish of toasted malt.
