Torabhaig Allt Gleann Cnoc Na Moine is the third chapter of the Legacy series, a peated single malt from Skye in a 70cl bottle. Its name means hill of peat in Gaelic. It matures in ex-bourbon, ex-Oloroso sherry and ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
The peat measures 78.4 PPM in the wort and 19.7 PPM in the finished whisky. The character is spicy and fruity, with waves of barbecue smoke.
