Torabhaig – Allt Gleann Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Torabhaig Allt Gleann is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is the second release from the young Torabhaig distillery on the Isle of Skye, part of a Legacy Series of four planned releases leading towards the distillery's first 10 year old. The whisky spent three years in first-fill and refill ex-bourbon casks. The barley was malted to 77ppm of phenols, which fall to 17ppm by bottling. It is described as clearly maritime, with a gentle smokiness, and a palate of complex light fruit and spice.
