A peated single malt from the Torabhaig distillery on the Isle of Skye, bottled at 46% abv in a 70cl bottle. It is the second of four releases in the Legacy Series, which is limited.
It was made in small batches from Concerto and Laureate barley, and is bottled from just 30 casks. The distillery describes the style as Well-Tempered Peat.
The nose is salty, maritime, peaty and intense. The palate shows plenty of peat, with a maritime, complex and lightly salty character. The finish is long.
