Torabhaig – Legacy Series 2017/18 - Allt Gleann (70cl, 46%)

Torabhaig – Legacy Series 2017/18 - Allt Gleann is a single malt whisky from Torabhaig (Islands). Bottled at 46% ABV, 70cl. From one of the remotest parts of the British Isles, The Torabhaig Distillery is found on the Isle of Skye. It is the first distillery to open in 190 years on this special island. This is their 2nd release which would have seemed like it would have never been possible a few years ago if you had seen the distillery prior to being converted from an abandoned farmhouse. This spirit was distilled in 2017 and 18 and drawn from small batches that total no more than 30 barrels. Torabhaig has a dream of creating a certain style of whisky that could capture the rough and rugged nature of the Isle of Skye.
