Torabhaig – Taigh Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Torabhaig Taigh is the first permanent core release from Torabhaig Distillery on the Isle of Skye. It is a peated single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and no chill-filtration. It follows several limited Legacy editions. The whisky is matured mainly in first-fill Bourbon casks, with refill Bourbon casks and a finishing touch of Madeira casks. The smoke is gentle and maritime. The Bourbon casks bring vanilla, sweet spice and honey, while the Madeira adds fruit, soft spice and roundness.
