This is a Kentucky bourbon in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 48.2% ABV. The whiskey is four years old and was then finished for more than a year in an Oloroso sherry cask.
The mash bill is 72% corn, 13% rye and 15% malted barley.
The nose brings caramel, wood and dark red fruits. On the palate there is dark chocolate with dates, figs and dried dark fruit. The finish is soft, round and lightly sweet.
