A single cask rum distilled at Travellers distillery in Belize and bottled by Cadenhead as a 10 year old. It is presented in Cadenhead's signature bottle and is unchillfiltered and free from added colouring. The nose offers crème anglaise, Madagascan vanilla pods and toffee apples.
The palate brings dates, walnut, caramel and toasted marshmallow. The finish has rye bread, cinnamon bun, lemon and smoked chestnuts.
