A young, linear white wine from the Rubicone IGT. It opens with golden apple, pear, white flowers and a light herbaceous note, kept lively by firm acidity and a cleansing savouriness. Light in structure and easy to drink, it finishes with discreet fruit and a mineral sensation.
It suits simple seafood dishes, summer salads, shellfish and fresh cheeses, and works well as an aperitif on warm days. Serve chilled in not-too-wide glasses.
