Tullamore D.E.W. 12 Year Old Special Reserve is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey, matured for 12 years in bourbon and sherry casks. The two cask types give sweet woody notes and rich spice. It is bottled at 40% ABV. Vanilla, honey, ripe apple and light spices come on the nose. The palate is soft, full and round, with caramel, roasted wood, nuts and warm spices. The finish is long, creamy and elegant.
