Tullamore D.E.W. 12 Year Old Special Reserve is an Irish blended whiskey at 40% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It combines old Irish whiskeys with a high proportion of pot still and malt, drawn from 12 to 15 years of maturation in bourbon and sherry casks, and it is triple cask matured. It is typically described as spicy, with a robust yet creamy body and a definite chocolate note. Dried fruits and nuts sit alongside the chocolate, giving a praline character.
