Tullamore Dew 12 Year Old Special Reserve is an Irish blend of pot still, malt and grain whiskeys, in a 70cl bottle. It is triple distilled, which is typical of Irish whiskey and gives it a natural finesse.
It matures in ex-bourbon casks and ex-oloroso sherry casks, which add depth and character.
The finish is described as bringing fresh notes of chocolate, marzipan and raisins.
