Tullamore Dew – 15 Years Old Trilogy (70cl, 40%)

Tullamore Dew Trilogy is a 15 year old Irish whiskey, a blend of pot still, malt and grain whiskeys, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was made as a tribute to Tullamore's triple distillation and is matured in three kinds of cask: bourbon, sherry and rum. The nose is typically described as spiced oak, tropical fruit, lightly toasted coconut and toffee. On the palate come layers of caramel, dried fruit and vanilla, with a hint of rum and nuts, followed by a long, spicy and sweet finish.
