An 11 year old straight bourbon released under the Tumblin' Dice name by Proof & Wood, and the brand's first Bottled in Bond bottling. It was distilled by MGP in autumn 2014 from a mash bill of 99% corn and 1% barley, then aged for a minimum of 11 years in new charred barrels. It is bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, sweet corn and baking spice. The palate is full-bodied, with toffee, seasoned oak, brown sugar, vanilla and a deep corn sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with oak and spice.
