This is an 11 year old Glenallachie from Speyside, bottled as a single cask for Turntable's Singles Collection at 50% ABV. It was distilled on 4 November 2014 and matured in an ex-Barolo wine cask before bottling in September 2026.
The cask gave 351 bottles. The maturation in Barolo wine wood is what sets this release apart within the first four Singles.
It is lively and full of flavour, with aromas of ripe red berries, cherry compote and red grapes, joined by vanilla and sweet barley.
