Turntable Spirits Track 4: One Way or Another (70cl, 46%)

Track 4: One Way or Another is a blended Scotch from the 2024 Turntable series, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Around 2,000 bottles were filled, without chill-filtering or added colour. The blend is 78% grain and 22% malt: Strathclyde grain from first fill bourbon barrels, Invergordon grain from red wine barrels, Cameronbridge grain from Marsala and Madeira barrels, and Linkwood single malt from first fill bourbon barrels. The nose opens with salted caramel and fresh citrus, then warm banana bread and walnut, with soft vanilla and spice. The palate has ripe banana, salted caramel popcorn, red berries and golden kiwi, with fresh-cut grass, walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon. The finish is long, with waxy orange zest, sweet fruit sweets and gentle oak spice.
