Track 6: All My Life is a small-batch Scotch blend from Turntable Spirits, released in 2024 in an edition of around 2,200 bottles. Four malts meet one grain: GlenAllachie, Balblair, Benriach, Knockdhu and North British, from casks including a first-fill oloroso sherry butt that supplies 30% of the blend.
The name nods to the Foo Fighters song, and brothers Gordon and Alasdair Stevenson chose whiskies from distilleries where they had worked. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
The nose has red apples, plums, raisins and cinnamon. The palate is sweet and spicy, with apple pie, dried ginger and walnuts. Cinnamon and cocoa linger in the long finish.
