Two Brewers – Classic Release 26 (70cl)

Two Brewers Classic Release 26 is an unpeated Canadian single malt from a brewery turned micro-distillery in Yukon, in the north-west of the country. It is made with glacial meltwater, is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. Several types of cask were used for maturation, and the combination differs from one batch to the next. This is the 26th batch, a numbered bottle produced in 2021. It is described as fruity and cereal in character.
