Tyrconnell is an Irish single malt made from malted barley. It is distilled twice in copper stills and matured in ex-bourbon casks, and it is bottled at 43% ABV. The nose is typically described as toasted nuts, nougat and soft oak. The palate is honeyed with a rich texture. On the finish the malt comes forward, and a lively grain note moves to the front.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
