An independent bottling of Ardmore, an 11 year old Highland single malt bottled at 46%. It matured in a sherry butt, which brings rich fruit and spice alongside the smoky character Ardmore is known for.
The nose combines peat smoke with dried fruit, caramel and warm spices. On the palate it is full and well balanced, with raisins, dark chocolate, toasted oak and a soft smokiness, leading into a long, spicy and smoky finish.
