Uncle Nearest 1856 Premium Aged Tennessee Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Uncle Nearest 1856 Premium Aged Whiskey is a Tennessee whiskey bottled at 100 proof (50% abv) in a 750ml bottle. It is a blend of whiskies matured for between eight and fourteen years in charred American oak, curated by Master Blender Victoria Eady Butler. It is made in middle Tennessee and filtered through sugar maple charcoal in the Lincoln County Process. The brand is named in honour of Nearest Green, recognised as the first known African American master distiller. The colour is a deep golden amber. The nose brings maple, vanilla and cherries with black pepper, and the palate layers maple, dried fruit, oak spice and tobacco.
