Uncle Nearest Toasted Single Barrel Whiskey (75cl)

Uncle Nearest Toasted Single Barrel is a Tennessee whiskey from Nearest Green Distillery in Shelbyville, in a 750ml bottle. It is a limited edition, bottled at natural barrel strength, so the strength varies from barrel to barrel. After its first maturation the whiskey is finished in heavily toasted, not charred, oak barrels. The distillery honours Nathan 'Nearest' Green, the first known African American master distiller. Warm vanilla, caramelised sugar and baking spice sit alongside dark fruit and oak, with a long, warming finish.
