Versailles Greenheart Collection is a rum produced when the wooden pot still belonged to the Enmore distillery in Demerara, Guyana. Distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2022 by Distilia, it is a 31-year-old single cask rum bottled at 51.6% ABV. The release is limited to 227 bottles. The nose shows metallic notes, pencil shavings, aniseed, herbs, liquorice and yellow fruitiness, with lemongrass and pear. The palate is strong and spicy, with woody, briny and floral notes, while the finish is long, salty and resinous.
