Versailles 1994/2022 28yo Enmore REV Greenheart Collection is a Demerara rum distilled in 1994 and bottled in 2022 at 28 years old. Produced when the alembic belonged to the Enmore distillery, it is a single cask bottling by Distilia with 201 bottles produced. The nose shows old woods, Dutch liquorice, rosewood, caraway, Timut pepper, eucalyptus, old tweed, cedarwood and tinned lychee. The palate brings precious woods, liquorices, petroly spices, blood oranges and underripe grapes, turning towards salted fish, olives, salted liquorice, oysters and crabmeat with water. The finish is long and medicinal, with resins and oils.
