Very Olde St Nick Immaculata is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle. The brand was started in 1986 by Marci Palatella to meet Japanese demand for very old bourbon.
The bourbon is made up of stocks sourced from distilleries in Indiana and Kentucky, and it contains whiskey up to 15 years old.
The nose opens with cherry, raspberry and cranberry, then moves to mature oak, nutmeg and leather. On the palate, cherrywood smokiness sits alongside seasoned oak, black currant, cacao nibs, leather and clove.
