Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label is a non-vintage Brut Champagne from the house in Reims, founded in 1772 and shaped by Barbe-Nicole Ponsardin Clicquot, who took it over in 1805.
The blend draws on a large reserve wine collection of around 400 wines, some aged up to 30 years, and up to 45% of each Yellow Label blend is assembled from them to keep the style consistent.
In the glass it shows pear, apple and peach, with vanilla and brioche notes.
