Vino Bianco Frizzante

A sparkling white wine from Rubicaia with a bright straw colour and light bubbles. The nose is delicate, with floral and fruity hints and good freshness. The palate is lively, with pleasant acidity and an easy, flowing drinkability, ending clean, balanced and lightly savoury. It suits snacks and aperitifs, vegetable starters, salads, simple fish dishes, fresh cheeses, raw seafood, shellfish and light fried food. Serve fresh, around 6-8 C, in a wide but not overly generous glass, and drink young.
