Vinsanto del Chianti Classico DOC Lamole

This Vinsanto del Chianti Classico DOC from Lamole has a luminous amber colour. Its bouquet recalls honey, dried fruit and candied orange peel. On the palate the sweetness is well balanced by pleasant acidity and a savoury note, with a soft but not cloying texture. It has an elegant finish and pairs with cantucci, dry biscuits, dried-fruit desserts, aged and blue cheeses. Serve chilled, around 10-12 C, in not too wide glasses.
