Courage & Conviction Sherry Cask is a single malt from Virginia Distillery Co., made from 100% malted barley and aged for a minimum of three years in former Spanish sherry casks.
It is natural colour and not chill-filtered. The whisky is bottled in batches, so that the character of each contributing barrel comes through.
The first batch, released in spring 2021, is dedicated to Nancy Fraley, one of the distillery's key mentors.
