This is a single cask Aultmore, 10 years old, selected by Mark & Kate Watt. It was distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025 at a cask strength of 56.9% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky matured in a hogshead and is bottled in a limited run of 319 bottles. It is natural colour and non-chill filtered. The character is creamy, fruity and herbal, with kiwi, key lime pie and rosemary.
